Security

The safety and security of those attending the 2026 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises is a priority for us. The Awards are an invitation only event. If you do not have a ticket, please do not attend as access will not be permitted.

To ensure a safe and secure 2026 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises, there will be a robust security plan in place. We will utilise enhanced technology to support the event, including the use of the comprehensive CCTV network available to us across the Southbank Centre and specifically the Royal Festival Hall.

There will be an overt and obvious security presence, which will be supported by a less obvious security presence seeking to detect any individuals who wish to disrupt the event with either hostile or criminal intent.

The event security plan will be supported by the Metropolitan Police Service who will deploy officers and will not hesitate to take positive action against those wishing to disrupt the awards.
