Alongside our wide range of learning events and inspiring and informative content, our talent programmes champion creatives and practitioners across the screen industries, regardless of background or life experience. Our expert members help us to not only seek out but also offer tailored career support to over 3000 people every year.

Everyone deserves an opportunity to follow their creative spark. Talent is not determined by bank balance, where you come from or your life experience. Success shouldn’t be, either.
